We require every Franchisee to commit to developing their C2 Safety Business into a full management franchise model. Your role will be to cultivate your C2 Safety Business to optimum levels, maintain the high professional standards we have set, and operate in accordance with the standards of quality as set down in the Franchisee’s Manual and the Operations Manual.
Franchisees will be required to have the NEBOSH National General Certificate as a minimum, but will be expected, as part of continual personal development, to gain other qualifications in the specific industries in their territory. From marketing to daily operations, business administration to staff training and management, customer service to quality audits, you must be willing to operate your business under our full business format system, and to adopt any new methods as they are introduced.
